Erika Elizondo joins the e2L team with 11 years of educational experience. She brings a passion for culturally responsive teaching and enjoys empowering students and educators through innovation and creativity.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Prior to joining e2L, Erika served as a Secondary Science teacher in Brownsville ISD, Harlingen CISD, and Round Rock ISD. For six of her teaching years, Erika successfully implemented student-centered learning through the use of the engage2learn framework and also served as an e2L coach on campus. Her previous professional experience includes serving in roles such as Team Lead, Science Department Chair, Campus Instructional Lead, and Assistant Principal.
