As an Executive Director of Partner Success, Mitzi has served public schools for over 21 years in various roles as a central office administrator, strategic design facilitator, instructional specialist, and teacher. Mitzi’s experience includes working with districts and campuses, serving students with diverse educational needs, including students of poverty and English Language Learners. She collaborates with campus, district, and state agency leaders to design and coordinate training, coaching, strategic design, and long-range master planning facilitation while exercising project management principles to ensure successful implementation. In these roles, she guides stakeholders in reaching solutions, achieving success criteria, building internal capacity, and fueling equity, growth, and engagement in public schools. Key e2L projects include Arlington ISD, TX; Corpus Christi ISD, TX; Dallas ISD, TX; Cincinnati Public Schools, OH; Tempe Elementary School District, AZ; and the Texas Education Agency Resilient Schools Support Program.
