Tracey Wallace

Tracey comes to e2L with over 30 years of service in public education. She served as teacher, assistant principal, principal, and executive director of human resources. Tracey served in a rural, Title I district where she worked diligently to have a positive impact on students, staff, and the community as a whole.

She has also served in a suburban, progressive community and facilitated some changes that proved to be beneficial for students and staff. Tracey is passionate about building healthy relationships. She loves helping others and celebrating their uniqueness. She is a lifelong learner and seeks opportunities for growth in herself as well as others.

Career Highlights

  • Had the distinct honor of a gymnasium being dedicated in her name at a newly built elementary school in her home community, 2012
  • Implemented technology resources in a district’s Human Resources Department and began the move toward paperless environment
  • Presented numerous times  at state conferences on personnel topics
  • Served as core team member and team lead of district Strategic Planning Committee
