Artificial intelligence is transforming public education—but without a clear strategy, AI can easily become just another shiny tool. So how do school leaders ensure that AI drives meaningful impact rather than more confusion?

In this exclusive webinar, engage2learn (e2L) brings you actionable insights and proven strategies for district leaders who want to leverage artificial intelligence in ways that elevate efficiency, teacher support, and student outcomes.

You’ll also hear from El Segundo USD’s Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Marisa Janicek on how the district partnered with e2L to develop AI-infused teacher competencies aligned to the district’s graduate profile—creating a district-wide framework for guiding educator growth and responsible AI use.

This webinar is designed for district leaders who want to ensure AI isn’t just another initiative, but a powerful accelerator for existing goals like teacher effectiveness, retention, and student achievement.
