Arlington ISD Designed. engage2learn Facilitated.


Arlington ISD was preparing for their Strategic Plan implementation, so they partnered with engage2learn to facilitate the transition from planning to operations and provide a consistent vision on learning across district classrooms.  


Arlington ISD initially partnered with engage2learn in 2014 on the implementation of the e2L Framework at elementary and middle school campuses.  In 2015, Arlington ISD began preparing for implementing their strategic plan, which directed their focus toward a standard learning framework for all Arlington ISD classrooms.  To complement the rollout of assessment strategies and planning the district did leading up to the framework design, the district was in need of a standard for the student learning experience.  To facilitate the design of and Responsible Rollout for a framework for these learning experiences, Arlington ISD again partnered with engage2learn.  

During 2016-2017, engage2learn is working with district leaders, curriculum staff, and principals, to establish a common context for learning across the district, the Arlington ISD Active Learning Cycle.  In the spring of 2017, engage2learn will begin training and coaching a pilot group of teachers on implementing the cycle, in preparation for a larger launch in the Summer of 2017.
