In this time where things are changing by the day, school leaders need a future-proof plan to support teachers who are engaging students and accelerating learning in unfamiliar territory. In the age of COVID-19, ongoing coaching and support is no longer a luxury; it’s a necessity!
The Redesign Coaching Unconference will provide school leaders and coaches with a coaching roadmap for supporting teachers implementing remote or in-person learning, or a combination of both. We’ll share proven strategies for how we successfully support teachers, whether you’re sitting beside them or connecting virtually. You’ll learn how data from coaching accountability systems help target support and recognize promising practices. You’ll hear how to leverage campus support teams and coach teachers without walkthroughs, as well as tools for creating professional learning plans for your teachers. If you are feeling overwhelmed, invest a small amount of your time and walk away with proven strategies and clarity.
During the event, we will be conducting a special think tank specifically for Chief Academic Officers and Assistant Superintendents to learn from each other by sharing insights and ideas on supporting teachers in 2020-21 systems.
This event will include a mix of pre-planned and on-demand sessions that answer your need-to-knows. Texas educators will also earn 5 hours of CPE credit for attending!
