Crystal’s previous professional experience includes coaching and training teachers using the e2L Coaching Framework and focusing on e2L best practices. Crystal holds a Master’s Degree as an Instructional Specialist from the University of Texas at El Paso. Most of Crystal’s career has been servicing students that come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and students that are at high risk. She has witnessed how education can be a tool that can empower students to reach their goals and prepare them for life. She is passionate about helping students and educators reach their goals. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, listening to music, and watching movies.
