engage2learn team member Karen Cole brings with her over 28 years’ experience in office administration, operations, accounting, and client relationship management. Her experience spans a diverse range of industries from public accounting to public education.
Karen most recently held the role of administrative support manager with a large data center, and prior to that, as administrative assistant to the Principal in Highland Park ISD. Her responsibilities included executing accounting operations, budget development and oversight, implementing and streamlining efficient systems to improve employee workflows and reduce labor costs, and database systems management. Her drive to develop quality, long-term and mutually rewarding partnerships brings about an exemplary level of customer service.
As part of the e2L team, Karen manages our vendor onboarding, partner invoicing, and travel processing. She works closely with our COO and our Partnership Strategist in Business Development.
Returning to her true passion, the public education platform, Karen’s “why” is to serve our public educators; giving them the support they need, allowing them to do what they do best – grow successful, life ready, future leaders.
