As an engage2learn Coach, Kristi provides coaching to campus leaders using the e2L Coaching Model or district coaching model to increase knowledge of classroom pedagogy and datadriven best practices. Prior to joining e2L, Kristi spent 31 years as an elementary educator, assistant principal, and most recently principal in Coppell ISD. She has extensive knowledge of the IB model for learning and converted her traditional campus to an IB World School offering the Primary Years Program. She built capacity in her staff through ongoing professional learning communities and implemented choicebased staff development opportunities for her educators to support them in student success and continuous improvement
