LaCheryl is a facilitator, coach, trainer, and communication strategist. She has a passion for inspiring growth in others and infusing culture into everything she touches.
LaCheryl’s ability to motivate others and connect to people is what makes her stand out. She has served as an after-school site coordinator, teacher, athletic coach, and testing coordinator. Her career path has given her experiences at the primary, intermediate, and high school level.
LaCheryl has worked in Omaha Public Schools, Irving ISD, Duncanville ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, and Cedar Hill ISD. With her hard work and ability to motivate others, LaCheryl was nominated as Teacher of the Year while serving at Duncanville ISD in 2012.
In her recent role as Testing Coordinator at Cedar Hill ISD, she worked closely with the administration team, conducting several professional developments with teachers about classroom practices as well as T-TESS implementation and classroom culture.
LaCheryl just recently finished her Master’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she completed a study on project-based learning methodology and its effectiveness on at-risk youth.
LaCheryl brings her creative energy and inspirational outlook to e2L and its partners. Her communication skills and the energy she brings to the team is infectious and fosters positive change with each interaction, making it easy to connect and relate to partners.
