Leticia began her educational career as a first grade self-contained teacher in Cedar Hill, TX; a position she enjoyed and attributes much of her professional growth and leadership to. She was one of the founding teachers for this charter and helped to develop school initiatives and curriculum. Leticia then went on to continue her career in Dallas ISD as a Kindergarten teacher. Most recently she was a campus Literacy Specialist with Smith Elementary in Mesquite ISD. It was with her time in MISD that she gained coaching from e2L and then was trained to coach using the e2L eGrowe Coaching Model.
Leticia mentored and trained teachers in addition to developing curriculum and training at the campus level. She brings innovative ideas and enthusiasm to education, training, and coaching that helps those involved see new possibilities for themselves and their students.
Leticia joins the team with 8 years of educational experience and is excited to help fellow educators bring engaging and innovative ideas to the classroom.
