Matt Bachman is the Chief Financial Officer at engage2Learn. As CFO, Matt is focused on strategically scaling the financial operations to support the growth and expansion of the e2L mission. He brings 25 years of accounting and finance experience with a strong operational mindset and a passion for helping smaller growth stage companies maximize growth potential. Previously, Matt served as CFO of SimiTree Healthcare Consulting and was instrumental in the successful merger between industry leaders BlackTree Healthcare Consulting and Simione Healthcare Consulting. Before that, Matt served as Controller and VP of Finance with Frontline Education from 2007 to 2017. During this time, he led the accounting and FP&A teams in scaling the financial operations, executing on the M&A strategy, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Services and Technology to grow revenue from $7M to $150M. Matt is a certified management accountant (CMA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Outside of his financial work, he enjoys DIY projects around the house and yard, spending time in the kitchen with his wife, and refining his craft with cold brew coffee.
