Nato James brings his passion and transformational leadership experience to engage2learn as an Executive Coach, focusing on supporting and building capacity among campus leadership teams. Nato's core values consist of knocking down all barriers, inspiring others, and being "In it, to win it!" With these core values governing his life, he has had the opportunity to serve as a principal, assistant principal, special education coordinator, head football coach, and teacher. Nato holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University, in San Marcos and a Master of Education Leadership from Texas Southern University, in Houston. During his free time Nato enjoys playing golf, working out, traveling, listening to podcasts, and playing with his dog Chico. Nato is excited and eager to get this year started and serve e2L's district partners!
