Richelle O'Neil

Richelle O’Neil is an e2L coach, trainer, and facilitator who partners with educators to construct and implement learning experiences that empower students to create, collaborate, share, and think critically.  Richelle believes in approaching challenges with empathy when designing solutions that really work.

Richelle has worked as a library coordinator, lead librarian and instructional technologist, high school librarian, elementary librarian, and secondary theatre arts teacher.  As coordinator for library media services in Garland ISD, Richelle formulated plans and designed initiatives that changed the mindset of teachers and administrators regarding the role of the school librarian. She is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and Apple Teacher who has presented at numerous conferences throughout Texas and is currently representing nearly 4500 Texas school librarians as Chair-elect for the Texas Association of School Librarians.

Richelle holds an MS in Library Science from the University of North Texas, a BA in Theatre Arts Education from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Program Certificate in Principal Education from Lamar University.
