Shere Salinas

Shere is a Certified e2L Data-Informed Growth Coach with over 30 years experience in public education. Over the span of her career, she served as a teacher, math department chair, district mathematics specialist, RtI and Section 504 District Coordinator, and college professor. She authored the district RTI Handbook, created on-demand professional development for RTI academics, attendance, and behavior as well as Section 504. During her tenure, the district improved from 15 Improvement Required campuses to none, reconceptualized RTI, and created a new RTI documentation system that saves teachers time while providing actionable reports. 

Shere is passionate about public education and committed to helping teachers grow professionally to maximize their potential in meeting the needs of students.
