Product Partnership and Event Coordinator

engage2learn team member Tria Heaton has been a senior manager over the past 20 years directing strategic partnerships, client service and operations. She has a niche for identifying opportunities to expand product line and market share. She has expertise in hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, and leading high-performance employee teams. Her experience is diverse with a range of industries from credit reporting agencies to nonprofit organizations.

Since 2008, Tria has worked in the nonprofit industry as a Director of Ministry for preschool, children, preteen, recreation, and women. During the past 10 years, she has served as a consultant for nonprofit organizations helping institutes build a strong operational structure and develop a mindset of change management and best practices.

“My intent in working within the nonprofit sector was to focus on the development of future generations. I am passionate about our children. I have chosen to work at engage2learn and believe I have been given the opportunity to “drop the net on the other side” (John 21:6), broadening the impact on motivating character-building and self-assurance to every child. Our future is now, with a focus on the life impact our public education system will have on generations to come.”

As part of the e2L team, Tria leads our client events and is instrumental in the development of products and sales strategy.
