Vivian Pando

Vivian's career in education began about 15 years ago as an English teacher in Mexico. Since then, she has served as a Bilingual Teacher, K-12 Teacher Substitute, Testing Coordinator, Teacher Mentor, Math & Science Campus Instructional Team Leader, Science Fair Coordinator and Instructional Coach in a Montessori Public School at  Dallas Independent School District. She is a passionate educator with a special interest in providing better learning opportunities to underserved populations. Her eagerness to close the achievement gaps led her to acquire a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in Math & Science and she hopes to begin pursuing her Doctorate degree soon. Vivian believes that the future can be improved by improving public education so joining the e2L team in supporting public schools  around the United States aligned perfectly with her wish to increase her positive social impact.
