Official Contest Rules & Guidelines:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
2. Must be employed by a non-charter public school/district or a service provider working exclusively with non-charter public schools in the United States to participate.
3. Each participant is allotted one (1) submission form.
4. Each participant may enter up to three (3) name ideas on their one (1) submission form.
5. The submission deadline is Friday, July 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM CDT. Late submissions will not be considered.
6. The person who submits the selected name will receive a $1,000 cash prize. 
7. In the event of multiple submissions of the same winning name, the prize will be awarded to the first person who submitted the name/idea.
8. The winner will be notified via email by Friday, August 9, 2024. The winner must respond within five (5) business days to claim the $1,000 prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Submissions must be original and not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks.
10. By submitting an entry, participants agree to assign all rights to the submitted names to engage2learn.
11. engage2learn reserves the right to modify or adapt the winning name as deemed necessary.
12. engage2learn ensures that information collected from participants will only be used for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
13. engage2learn reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
14. engage2learn reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond engage2learn's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of engage2learn, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
