Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities (LASO) Cycle 3 Grants

The Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities (LASO) is the next iteration of a universal consolidated application cycle from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) that strategically batches grant funding opportunities to support continued learning acceleration and innovation opportunities among Texas public schools.

LASO Cycle 3 program grants are focused on three of the five learning acceleration strategies: Curriculum & Instruction, More Time and Innovative School Models. At e2L we have proven results in each of these learning acceleration strategies.

LASO Cycle 3 consolidated grant application opens October 14, 2024 and closes on December 13, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. CST.

Strong Foundations Planning

This grant supports school systems in creating a strong math and/or literacy framework based on research about how students learn best. Strong Foundations Planning Support helps LEAs develop a clear, research-based system of values and guidance; ensure alignment of curriculum and instruction systems; and build the "why" behind instructional changes for all stakeholders.

Strong Foundations Implementation

TEA's Strong Foundations Implementation provides grant funds to Texas public school districts for technical assistance to support high-fidelity implementation of the instructional materials, as well as high-quality professional learning for teachers, coaches, and administrators.

School Action Fund

e2L supports public schools in customizing, implementing, and measuring the success of a learning framework and an actionable, long-term strategic plan aligned to district priorities and community expectations.

Instructional Leadership Pathways

The Catalyst Coaching Program for School Improvement offers customized coaching to help ESF districts to exceed TIP goals. This program, tailored to each district's needs, promotes professional growth, continuous improvement, cultural shifts, job satisfaction, and retention. Proven to boost student engagement and achievement, we provide targeted, multi-layered support for leaders and teachers.

Teacher Retention Support

Teacher Incentive Alloment (TIA)

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) was created by House Bill 3 to provide a way for high-performing teachers to earn six-figure salaries and for traditionally hard-to-staff schools to attract, nurture, and retain highly effective teachers.
