Chrissy brings over 20 years of experience in the field of education, having served in various roles within the public education system, including teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. Her extensive background spans from elementary to high school, providing her with a comprehensive and unique perspective on teacher growth and development. Chrissy works closely with educational leaders to develop strategic instructional frameworks that drive student success, while also collaborating with educators on complex issues related to student data and growth. Driven by a passion for instructional coaching, she focused her PhD dissertation on the professional growth of novice teachers through effective coaching practices. Committed to continuous learning and improvement, Chrissy approaches every experience as an opportunity to enhance her skills as a coach. She is excited to contribute to meaningful professional learning and support the growth of educators at all stages of their careers.
