As a Director of Partner Success, Jordan has served public schools for over 15 years in various roles as a campus administrator, professional learning facilitator, district instructional specialist, interventionist, and teacher. Jordan’s experience includes working with districts and campuses, supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and English Language Learners. She collaborates with campus, district, and state agency leaders to design and implement talent development initiatives, coaching, and strategic plans. In these roles, she guides stakeholders in reaching solutions, achieving success criteria, building internal capacity, and fostering equity, growth, and engagement in public schools.
