Chrissy comes to E2L with 20+ years of education experience in the public education system as a teacher, instructional coach, and an administrator. With a wide range of educational experience from elementary to high school, Chrissy has a unique perspective in teacher growth and development. Her passion for instructional coaching led to her PhD dissertation in the field of instructional coaching with novice teachers and professional growth. With every experience, Chrissy seeks opportunities to learn and grow as a coach and is excited to impact teacher professional growth in meaningful ways.
