engage2learn is a vetted and approved provider for school improvement.
Transforming the culture and student outcomes of schools is incredibly hard work. engage2learn (e2L) has been partnering with administrators and teachers nationwide to do the heavy lifting in helping low-performing schools bounce back in the first year of partnership — with sustained, optimized outcomes for years to come. When it comes to student achievement, schools cannot wait years to improve scores, which is why we employ our proven, evidence-based interventions that consistently produce dramatic achievement gains within the first year.
Why public schools choose to partner with e2L:
ESSA-Validated Approach
Comprehensive, Continuous Support
Diverse Team of Elite Educators
When it comes to school improvement, student scores matter most...
but they don’t tell the whole story.
Every educator knows that student achievement results do not provide the full picture of student success, but it's difficult to imagine student success without improving outcomes. e2L helps public schools implement a wide range of research-backed instructional strategies that improve the learning experience of students while accelerating achievement gains within the first year of support.
Featured Case Study:

Starting in January 2020 and for the next two years, coaches from e2L helped equip Short Elementary teachers with instructional best practices that helped the school emerge from the pandemic with “B” rating in the 2021-22 school year.
