Emily Malatesta previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Instructional Coaching Group, where she led strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. Since joining ICG in 2017, she progressed from Business Manager to COO, building a track record for directing cross-departmental operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Before her time at Instructional Coaching Group, Emily served as Client Engagement Manager at Corwin Press, where she built strong client partnerships and drove business development through strategic relationship management. She holds a Master of Education in Special Education: Consultation and Collaboration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, Emily lives in California with her husband and three children, where the family loves spending time together at the beach.
