Jason Broussard is an Executive Director of Partner Success with more than 20 years of experience supporting schools and districts in creating meaningful, lasting improvement. Throughout his career, he has partnered with educational leaders to implement high-quality instructional systems, personalized learning models, and continuous improvement practices that strengthen teaching and learning while improving outcomes for students.
Jason's passion for educational innovation began after transitioning from traditional classroom settings to a turnaround campus focused on project-based learning. That experience inspired him to become a founding teacher at Dallas ISD's first school-choice high school dedicated to personalized learning. He later served in district leadership, supporting nearly 250 campuses in implementing instructional frameworks, high-quality instructional materials, and leadership systems designed to build educator capacity and drive sustainable school improvement.
Today, Jason partners with school systems to design and sustain innovative, equitable solutions that align with each district's goals and priorities. He believes meaningful transformation begins with strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to ensuring every student has access to engaging learning experiences that prepare them for future success. His collaborative, human-centered approach empowers educators, strengthens systems, and creates lasting impact for schools and communities.
