Her career spans the full spectrum of educational roles—beginning in the classroom as a paraprofessional, teacher, and coach, and progressing through key administrative leadership positions, including Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, Campus Principal, and district-level Language Acquisition Coordinator.
Jennifer’s extensive background allows her to bridge the gap between district strategy and classroom practice. Having served in roles from the classroom to the campus office, she deeply understands the complexities of implementing new initiatives and the emotional journey of change for educators. She approaches every partnership with empathy, recognizing the courage it takes for teachers to try new methods and the resilience administrators need to support their staff through transformation.
She is driven by a profound passion for empowering educators to create authentic, student-centered learning environments. Jennifer believes that when leaders and teachers are equipped with the right support, they can unlock the potential in every student. In her current capacity, Jennifer serves as a strategic partner to district leaders, guiding them through systemic improvements, including the Effective Schools Framework and the implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Whether leading executive coaching, facilitating Strong Foundations projects, or supporting Multilingual Learner (MLL) initiatives, she is committed to driving meaningful outcomes.
