Kelly Freiheit serves as engage2learn's Executive Director of Partner Success. Kelly leads strategic partner relationships across e2L's districts, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong outcomes, and long-term impact. She oversees cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, aligning partner goals with organizational priorities, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven insights and responsive support. Kelly brings 16 years of K-12 experience, beginning as a blended learning teacher and coach in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where she was named Meck Ed Teacher of the Year. She spent nearly a decade at Education Elements, rising from Associate Partner to Senior Regional Managing Partner before joining e2L in 2026 as part of the Education Elements acquisition. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, and Human Resources Management from Virginia Tech and a graduate certificate from the University of North Carolina.
