Nick Esposito brings more than 15 years of K-12 education experience, serving as a trusted advisor to district and campus leaders nationwide. He specializes in leadership development, long-term strategic planning, and systems thinking to help school systems remove barriers, strengthen leadership capacity, and improve student outcomes.
Prior to joining engage2learn, Nick served in several senior consulting roles at Education Elements, where he partnered with districts to design and implement large-scale instructional and strategic initiatives. His experience also includes teaching middle school and serving as a high school teacher at the Baltimore School for the Arts. As a published children's book author, Nick brings a unique storytelling perspective to his work, helping educators communicate vision, inspire change, and build meaningful connections.
As Director of Strategic Partnerships at engage2learn, Nick partners with school systems across Indiana, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, supporting district leaders as they develop strategic solutions aligned to their goals and priorities. Through collaborative partnerships, executive coaching, and systems-level planning, he helps educational leaders build sustainable practices that create lasting impact for students, educators, and communities.
