Devon Albert has been serving public schools for the past nine years, and brings a passion for quality instruction that establishes equity for all students. She has most recently served as an Academic Specialist in Irving ISD, focusing on coaching teacher teams in the work of becoming a PLC. Before that, also in Irving ISD, she established an MTSS framework and did remediation work with students at the middle school level as an Intervention Specialist. In the classroom, Devon has a background in Secondary Reading and Language Arts, with her experience ranging from grades 8 to 11. She brings to e2L a fierce belief that teaching is the most important work we can do for our own communities
