As a life-long learner, Julie brings 14 years of experience to the e2L team as a teacher, data analyst and principal. As a campus principal she transformed a historically underperforming Title 1 campus to meet state accountability standard, improving the campus culture, climate, and academic outcomes for all students.
Through the coaching and support she cultivates and increases teaching quality of staff. Julie is dedicated to improving the professional practice of educators in order to establish a safe environment that improves the academic, social, and emotional skills of all students. She loves working with students and teachers and believes every day is a new adventure with an opportunity to learn something new. In every role of life, she strives to be fair, compassionate and inspire others around her to be better than they were the day before. Julie firmly believes that EVERY child is WONDERFULLY made for a PURPOSE and it is our role as public educators to help students attain that purpose.
