Throughout her 18-year career serving in both school and district roles, Leah has remained dedicated to her purpose of inspiring and supporting others to learn and grow.
Leah is experienced in organizational and school improvement, strategic planning, and senior leadership in curriculum, instruction, and professional learning. She has cultivated extensive skills in change leadership and offers both a passion and particular expertise in community-based visioning, implementation planning, and project management. Her work has provided a broad understanding of school systems and their human dynamics including designing leadership retreats, leading community-wide committees, and coaching district-level teams.
As an EDPS, Leah is committed to partnering with public school system leaders to design customized solutions that result in growth and meet their success criteria.
