Aislinn Thomasson

Aislinn is a highly impactful educator with a comprehensive understanding of best practices and current learning methodologies. Students are at the center of each and every decision she makes, assisting them to establish autonomy and ownership of their learning to best meet their individual needs. This belief led Aislinn to further study Personalized Learning at Texas Tech University, acquiring her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as a Master’s Certificate in Personalized Learning Models. Aislinn has served in elementary education for over twenty-years with experience as a classroom teacher, reading and math interventionist, curriculum writer, and instructional coach. As an instructional coach she has facilitated student-centered professional learning opportunities, looking closely at both qualitative and quantitative data with staff to best meet the needs of learners. A belief Aislinn holds dear to her heart is that data is intended to inform, not judge and all students are our students. She approaches new opportunities with a growth mindset and constructivist outlook, bringing with her to the e2L team the ability to build efficacy in self and others. Aislinn is ambitious, energetic and collaborative with a welcoming demeanor.
