Latricia McCulloch

Latricia began her career in education about 22 years ago, and is dedicated to serving the youth within the public-school setting. She has
taught at the elementary and middle school level. Latricia has also served as a reading specialist, data analyst, new teacher mentor, and
instructional coach, all within Fort Worth ISD.
As a classroom teacher, she was devoted to teaching students to become involved active learners that work hard, think critically and
creatively, and communicate effectively. In her roles as a coach, she is deeply committed to helping ensure teachers are passionate, knowledgeable, and able to provide engaging and rigorous learning experiences for all students, that help them grow emotionally,
socially, and academically.
