You're invited to our upcoming Dual Language & Bilingual Education Showcase, taking place on June 4, 2024, at Providence Public Schools in Providence, Rhode Island!
By attending, you'll get a front-row seat to the transformative work happening in bilingual and dual language classrooms across Providence schools, including a live look at how teachers are implementing instructional best practices for Multilingual learners. Attendees will enjoy:
- Walkthroughs and classroom visits
- A collaborative session that helps families and community members to better understand dual language/bilingual programs
- A panel discussion with students, teachers, principals, and instructional coaches (PM session only)
- A collaborative debrief session to help you brainstorm ways to advance your own initiatives for Multilingual learners
- Networking with like-minded peers
Participants may choose from 3 options:
- Full day | 9:30 am to 1:30 pm | YOUNG Woods & Frank D. Spaziano Elementary Schools
- AM only | 9:30 am to 10:50 am | YOUNG Woods Elementary School
- PM only | 11:00 am to 1:30 pm | Frank D. Spaziano Elementary School
