The GAEL 2024 Data-Informed Growth (DIG) Coaching Training is designed to equip coaches and administrators with the skills and tools to implement a high-performance coaching program proven to improve outcomes for teachers and students alike.
Led by engage2learn (e2L) facilitators with decades of K-12 education experience, DIG guides instructional coaches and school leaders through an intensive, hands-on learning experience aligned to the science of coaching, which includes the three coaching skills and six essential coaching actions that are proven to increase retention and accelerate student outcomes.
