Charley Erwin

Over the span of 11 years, Charley has worked in a variety of roles in public education; middle school and high school teacher, coach, assistant principal and most recently, middle school principal. As a campus principal, he implemented major initiatives focused on social emotional learning, professional learning communities and differentiation. During the pandemic, he led his campus through remote and in­ person learning while also ensuring that student and teacher mental health were a priority for support. Charley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Texas A&M University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from TCU. He is very lucky to be married to his indomitable and effervescent wife, Ana, and to be Norah’s dad. In his spare time, he likes to paint, discover new restaurants with his family, and read a good book
