Hilda Caballero is excited to join the engage2learn team. She has served in Fort Worth ISD for 30 years as an elementary teacher, mathematics coordinator, assistant principal, principal, and most recently, Executive Director of School Leadership. Hilda is dedicated to serving all public school stakeholders to ensure positive student outcomes. She has taught at the elementary level and supervised and coached principals at the elementary and secondary levels. As a classroom teacher, she taught students in various grade levels to become active learners to communicate, be critical thinkers, and be collaborative learners. As a campus leader, principal supervisor, and coach, she is deeply committed to supporting teachers and campus leaders to be passionate, knowledgeable, and able to provide engaging and rigorous lessons and learning experiences through best practices to help students grow academically with consistent positive student outcomes.
