Teacher Retention Study Executive Summary

Throughout the month of July 2022, researchers from a third-party polling firm conducted an online survey of school administrators employed full-time at public, U.S.-based, K-12 institutions in districts with more than 10,000 students on the best strategies for addressing teacher retention. The study revealed that individualized, job-embedded coaching is key to mitigating teacher attrition and accelerating student learning.
