Questions leaders ask.
Who should attend the Teaching, Leading, Coaching Conference (TLC)?
TLC is for every leader who makes educators effective, not only coaches and teachers. Superintendents, chief academic officers, directors of curriculum and instruction, principals and assistant principals, coordinators and specialists attend every year alongside instructional coaches and teachers, and teams that come together bring home a shared language for coaching and feedback.
Can I still attend TLC 2026 if I missed it in Dallas?
Yes. 2026 Virtual Attendance gives on-demand access to TLC 2026, and registration is open on the Instructional Coaching Group’s site.
When and where is it held?
TLC is held once a year, in person. The Instructional Coaching Group announces each year’s dates, location and speakers on its TLC page.
Do Network members get a discount?
Yes. Discounted access to TLC is included in both Jim Knight Impact Network memberships, individual and school-wide.
How do I get notified when registration opens?
Registration details are posted on the Instructional Coaching Group’s TLC page. To plan a district team’s attendance alongside other work, book a conversation with engage2learn.
