Who we serve · Directors of Curriculum & Instruction

Know whether the curriculum shows up in classrooms.

A small team, twenty-plus schools, and principals who’d rather not do walkthroughs. You can’t be everywhere. engage2learn designs the systems around your materials, coaches alongside teachers and leaders as they put them to use, and shows you implementation school by school in GroweLab.

What’s on your desk

You own the curriculum, and how faithfully it is taught.

A curriculum director owns the adoption and its implementation across every grade, usually with a team that fits around one table.

On the C&I director’s desk

  • A small team covering twenty-plus schools.

Former district practitioners who extend your team inside every school.

  • Principals who skip walkthroughs because the write-up takes too long.

Walkthroughs in GroweLab, with the write-up drafted for the principal to review.

  • Vendor PD that competes with your framework.

Coaching on your materials and your framework, not a program of its own.

  • The same curriculum, different results by school.

Walkthrough and coaching data that show where implementation varies.

Your year with us

An adoption’s year, from rollout to renewal.

Scroll through a curriculum director’s year, and what you would see from engage2learn in each season.

  1. SummerJul–Aug

Rollout decisions, made with a design behind them.

PD planning and HQIM rollout decisions. The systems around the materials (PLCs, walkthroughs and data routines) are designed before teachers open the boxes.

    From engage2learn

An implementation design built around your materials.

  2. FallSep–Oct

Quick wins, where teachers can see them.

Coaching cycles start. Teachers get coaching on the units they are teaching this month, not a generic session.

    From engage2learn

Coaching in classrooms on the materials you adopted.

  3. WinterDec–Jan

    Fidelity, seen rather than guessed.

Mid-year fidelity reviews. Walkthrough data shows which schools and grades are holding, and where to send coaching next.

    From engage2learn

Implementation by school and grade, from GroweLab.

  4. SpringFeb–Apr

Next year’s vendors, chosen on this year’s evidence.

RFPs for next year. You walk in with a year of implementation data rather than a year of anecdotes.

    From engage2learn

A record of coaching and walkthroughs across the year.

  5. Late springMay–Jun

Results reviewed, the next adoption planned.

Assessment review and renewals. What worked this year shapes the design for the next subject in line.

    From engage2learn

A year-end read of implementation, and what to carry forward.

From design to execution

An approved Rivet Education provider, there for the whole adoption.

engage2learn is an approved Rivet Education provider, through its three-gateway review. HQIM design is typically a semester- to year-long process, and the coaching continues after it.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask.

Who is engage2learn, and how is it different from a vendor who sells one piece?

engage2learn is one partner that runs the whole cycle of educator effectiveness itself: diagnose, design, coach, and connect to community. Most districts buy those pieces from several vendors; with one partner, the assessment, the plan and the coaching all aim at the same educator skills, and your curriculum team works with one team rather than several.

What does the first conversation involve?

The first conversation is about the student-outcome gap you want to close and what you have already tried. There is no pitch deck. We listen, ask what your data and your schools are showing, and suggest where to start, often with an assessment, because the assessment comes first.

How do we know it is working this year?

Classroom practice is tracked in GroweLab as it improves. Walkthroughs, coaching cycles and educator growth show up during the year, by school, so progress is visible long before the end-of-year results.

Do you work with the curriculum we already chose?

Yes. engage2learn does not favor any publisher or curriculum; it designs the systems around the high-quality materials your district chose and coaches alongside teachers and leaders as they put them to use. engage2learn is also an approved Rivet Education provider, through its three-gateway review.
