We are excited to introduce the Jim Knight Impact Network. I’ll admit it feels a little uncomfortable to have my name attached to something like this, because the work has never been about one person. For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of learning alongside remarkable coaches, teachers, and school leaders whose ideas and commitment have shaped everything we do.
What excites me most about this network is not the name, but the possibility. We know that even the best coaching practices can get buried under the daily pressures of school life. Too often, professional learning asks educators to give more time when they already have too little. Our hope is that the Jim Knight Impact Network will do the opposite by providing practical tools, meaningful support, and a community that helps leaders focus on the conversations and partnerships that matter most for students.

Both memberships include seven things: monthly virtual workshops with Jim Knight and other experts, monthly role-specific collaboratives, a members-only community and weekly newsletter, a GroweLab license, an on-demand video library, the AI Coaching Agent available 24/7, and discounted access to the Teaching, Leading, Coaching Conference (TLC).
An individual membership is for one principal, assistant principal or coach. A school-wide membership includes everything in the individual membership and extends the GroweLab license and the AI Coaching Agent to the school’s entire staff.
The Individual Membership is $1,295 a year and the School-wide Membership is $3,960 a year, as listed by the Instructional Coaching Group. Each is an annual membership that covers everything listed for that level.
