Who we serve · Chief Academic Officers

One partner for the whole cycle, with the evidence your review requires.

Same materials, different results from school to school. Most districts buy the answer piecemeal, from several vendors: an assessment here, a coaching contract there, a platform nobody connects. engage2learn runs the whole cycle, so the diagnosis, the plan and the coaching aim at the same educator skills.

What’s on your desk

The strategy is set, and turning it into instruction is your job.

A chief academic officer turns the superintendent’s plan into what happens in classrooms, and defends every academic dollar along the way.

On the CAO’s desk

  • A new adoption, and teachers tired from the last one.

A full year of coaching on the materials you chose, so the adoption becomes how teaching works.

  • The same materials, very different results by school.

Assessment by school first, so coaching goes where the variance is.

  • Too many vendors, too few connected outcomes.

One partner across diagnose, design, coach and community.

  • An evidence review before anything is renewed.

Coaching that carries ESSA Tier 2 / Tier 3 evidence, ready for the review.

The evidence your review requires

engage2learn is the only partner offering both validated diagnostic assessments and coaching with public ESSA evidence.

The diagnosis runs on the Tripod 7Cs Assessment, the Data Triangle, the Coaching Effectiveness Assessment and the Coaching System Assessment. The coaching carries ESSA Tier 2 / Tier 3 evidence. One partner runs both, so the plan and the coaching aim at what the assessment found.

Their approach emphasizes capacity-building rather than compliance. They work alongside our leaders and teachers to ensure the systems we are building are sustainable and owned internally.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask.

Who is engage2learn, and how is it different from a vendor who sells one piece?

engage2learn is one partner that runs the whole cycle of educator effectiveness itself: diagnose, design, coach, and connect to community. Most districts buy those pieces from several vendors; with one partner, the assessment, the plan and the coaching all aim at the same educator skills, and your academic team works with one team rather than several.

What does the first conversation involve?

The first conversation is about the student-outcome gap you want to close and what you have already tried. There is no pitch deck. We listen, ask what your data and your schools are showing, and suggest where to start, often with an assessment, because the assessment comes first.

How do we know it is working this year?

Classroom practice is tracked in GroweLab as it improves. Walkthroughs, coaching cycles and educator growth show up during the year, by school, so progress is visible long before the end-of-year results.

What public evidence stands behind the coaching?

engage2learn’s coaching carries ESSA Tier 2 / Tier 3 evidence. Independent efficacy studies by LXD Research include a finding of moderate evidence that educator growth from coaching had a statistically significant impact on multilingual learners’ WIDA ACCESS scores, grades 1 to 5.
