Success stories

In their words.

Superintendents, principals and district leaders on what changed when one partner ran the work: the assessment, the plan, the coaching and the community around it.

This is not top-down. It’s building together, collective ownership, and unity, looking at it from the perspective of student success. The endgame is the student.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask.

How do I find a partner district like mine?

Filter the stories by the pillar you are considering, the role you hold or your state. Every card shows which steps of the cycle that partnership covered, from diagnose and design to coach and connect to community.

What kinds of results do partners describe?

Partners describe stronger school leadership and measurable gains in student achievement, plans built for their own community, frameworks their school leaders can monitor, and coaching capacity the district now owns. Where a story carries a number, such as Kostoryz Elementary’s 609-place climb among Texas elementary schools, it is a registered result.

Are these quotes in partners’ own words?

Yes. Every quote on these pages is printed in the partner’s own words, with the speaker’s name, title or district, exactly as they said or wrote it.

Where does engage2learn work?

engage2learn has partner districts in 29 states, and has partnered with hundreds of districts nationwide since 2011.

How can my district become a story?

Every partnership starts with a conversation and, usually, one short assessment. Book a conversation, and we will recommend where your district should start.

Every story started with one conversation.

Tell us the question your district is asking. We’ll show you which partners started where you are, and recommend the first step.
