Questions leaders ask.
What is the difference between a solution and an offering?
A solution starts from a problem a district is trying to solve, such as teacher retention or literacy, and an offering is one service from the catalog. Each solution page shows which offerings from the four pillars work on that problem, and in what order.
Can we start with one solution and add others later?
Yes, most partnerships start with one problem and one school or group of schools. Because every solution runs on the same cycle and the same platform, GroweLab, a second problem builds on what the first one already set up.
How do you decide which solution fits our district?
We start by diagnosing, not by recommending. The assessments show where the student-outcome gap comes from and which educator skills sit behind it, and we choose the solution with you to match what they find.
Who does the coaching in our schools?
Former district practitioners coach alongside your educators, inside your schools, on coaching with public ESSA evidence. The coaching is measured in GroweLab as it happens, so leaders can see progress during the year rather than after it.
Do you only work with Texas districts?
No, engage2learn partners with public school districts across the United States. Texas districts can also use our TEA grant support, which helps them fund the work through state programs.
Tell us the problem, and we will start with the diagnosis.
Tell us what your district is working on. A first conversation is with someone who has led this work in a district.
