Amy Miller is a Project Lead at engage2learn. Amy grows and supports leaders and teachers to strengthen instruction and improve student learning, designs and guides strategic planning for coherent, sustainable systems, and leads the implementation of high-quality instructional materials to drive rigor, alignment, and consistency across classrooms.
Amy brings 29 years of K-12 experience. In Klein ISD, Amy was Executive Director of Curriculum Design + Delivery from 2017 to 2020 and Chief Academic Officer from 2020 to 2021. Through a two-year strategic planning process supported by The Holdsworth Center, Amy helped Klein ISD develop a comprehensive plan, including profiles of a leader and of a student, with community members, business leaders, students, families, and educators, and then guided the teaching and learning team to align priorities, build systems, and monitor progress. Amy went on to serve as Director of Administrative Services in Cleveland ISD (2021–2022), to consult through Miller Educational Services and Consulting, LLC (2022–2025), and to coach principals new to their roles as a Consultant with Education Elements, a K–12 consulting organization that became part of the engage2learn family in 2026 (2024–2026).
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Education in School Administration from Sam Houston State University. Amy’s certifications include Texas Secondary Social Studies Teacher and Texas Principal, along with Instructional Leadership Development, RBIS Math, RBIS RLA, Strong Foundations Planning, and Strong Foundations Implementation.
