Chante Truscott serves as the engage2learn Chief People & Performance Officer. Chante supports current and future business needs through strategic and equitable recruitment, development, engagement and growth of the engage2learn team. She ensures legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while developing, recommending, and implementing personnel procedures and maintaining the engage2learn Employee Handbook. Chante has worked in different aspects of Human Resources/Organizational Leadership for over 16 years experience, collaborating with local governments, schools, faith communities, community organizations, universities, non-profits, and businesses. Chante brings a “big-picture” approach to her work which gives practical steps to achieving long term strategic goals. Chante holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
