Erin CooperProject Lead
Erin Cooper is a Project Lead at engage2learn. Erin partners with leaders and teachers to strengthen literacy and math instruction and improve outcomes for all learners, helping schools build coherent, sustainable systems for high-quality teaching through coaching, strategic planning, and professional learning. Erin also leads the implementation of rigorous instructional materials to ensure alignment, consistency, and meaningful learning experiences across classrooms.
Erin brings 14 years of K-12 experience. From 2012 to 2020 Erin taught PK-2 in Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Atlanta Public Schools, and North East Independent School District in San Antonio. In North East ISD, Erin was an ELAR & Math Instructional Coach from 2020 to 2022 and an Early Literacy Specialist from 2022 to 2024. Erin has been a Language & Literacy Facilitator with CORE Learning since 2024 and was an Educational Consultant with Education Elements, a K–12 consulting organization that became part of the engage2learn family in 2026, from 2025 to 2026.
Erin holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Erin holds an EC-6 Texas Teaching Certificate and a Texas Reading Academies Certificate and is LETRS certified.
