Jacquie Thomas is a Certified engage2learn Data-Informed Growth Coach. Jacquie partners with school and district leaders to support data-informed instructional improvement, professional learning, and strategic implementation, facilitating job-embedded coaching, guiding data analysis, and helping leaders turn insights into clear, actionable steps that improve teaching and learning.
Jacquie brings 10 years of K-12 experience, all in Clear Creek Independent School District. Jacquie taught kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 5th grade from 2015 to 2022 and was an Elementary Mathematics Instructional Coach from 2022 to 2026, leading job-embedded professional learning, PLCs, and coaching cycles, and supporting K–5 math through curriculum alignment, intervention planning, and research-based, student-centered practices.
Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, along with Texas Teacher Certification (EC–6) and English as a Second Language (ESL) certification.
“I am passionate about helping educators and leaders use data and strong instructional practices to create meaningful learning experiences for all students,” Jacquie says. “My goal is to support teams in building clarity, alignment, and sustainable practices that lead to long-term success.”
