Jason Broussard is an Executive Director of Partner Success with more than 20 years of experience helping schools and districts make lasting improvements. He has partnered with educational leaders to implement high-quality instructional systems, personalized learning models, and continuous improvement practices that strengthen teaching and improve outcomes for students.
Jason’s interest in new school models began when he moved from traditional classrooms to a turnaround school focused on project-based learning. That experience led him to become a founding teacher at Dallas ISD’s first school-choice high school dedicated to personalized learning. He later served in district leadership, supporting nearly 250 schools in implementing instructional frameworks, high-quality instructional materials, and leadership systems built to grow educators’ skills and sustain school improvement.
Today, Jason works with school systems to design and sustain new, equitable approaches that fit each district’s goals and priorities. He believes lasting change starts with strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to giving every student engaging learning that prepares them for what comes next. He works collaboratively and keeps people at the center, strengthening educators and the systems around them.
