Jill VaughanCertified engage2learn Data-Informed Growth Coach

Jill joins the engage2learn team with 10 years of educational experience. She believes that all students can learn and that all students should have access to an environment that promotes individual student achievement and success. She is a first-generation college graduate whose passion is to help make public schools the best option for every student they serve. As a teacher, she worked hard to provide an encouraging, safe environment that gave her students the confidence they needed to achieve their full potential. She has had the opportunity to serve her school in many leadership roles including Team Lead, mentor coach of teachers and student teachers, on school-level committees, and as the summer school principal.
